why?

• Why aren't the Marque's rules posted on the resident part of the Marque website?
• Why doesn't the resident part of Marque's website have a section for logging other resident concerns, similar to the maintenance request log in which individual tenants can post and track their individual maintenance requests?
• Why isn't the pet agreement on the resident part of the Marque's website? and, any other documents that pertain to resident "dos and don'ts"?
• Why, after months, are there still corridors where the HVAC doesn't work, that smell like a kennel?
