The Marque needs a sheriff

Sometime after 7 pm yesterday evening we were startled by a loud noise outside. Dark colored spray and other debris were falling on our deck. I quickly covered our glider.

This morning birdseed from the upstairs neighbor's bird feeder is all over the cover to our glider and our deck. Add birdseed to the other items that have flown over the railing or between the floor boards from the balcony above us--liquid (water?), ice cubes, plant clippings, etc.

The Marque needs a sheriff.
