Community Realty Company, property manager for the Marque apartments at Heritage Hunt in Gainesville, VA

To the onsite property manager at the Marque
The reason that we went over your head and wrote this letter to the home office in Greenbelt MD is because we brought this problem to your attention last September (2015).  Whatever you did, if anything, was totally ineffective. You didn't tell us what you did (if anything); and, you didn't follow up and ask us if the situation was resolved. This is unacceptable.

To CRC in Greenbelt MD
The last paragraph of our letter says: "This letter is to inform you that we expect Community Realty Company and the owners of the Marque to address this deplorable situation. Please respond in writing to the address above."  Anything less than a written response from you to our letter is unacceptable.

Finally, our letter states that the middle-of-the-night noise that the upstairs neighbors are making is a longstanding problem that goes back to our first day at the Marque. It hasn't happened just one time, or once a month, or even once a week. It has occurred nightly from July 1, 2015 to the present. This is unacceptable.
